I thought that this would be a wonderful product but the ordering process was a nightmare. I have never seen a more intentionally deceptive process in all my online ordering history. Before you can submit your order it takes you through their entire product line of 15 - 20 items. What's more, the website did not let me confirm the order before it processed the order. I attempted to order two lights as a buy one get one free plus extra postage and handling which should have amounted to just under $29. I recieved my email soon after indicating that I had ordered four lights at a cost of $49.80 and postage and handling amounted to $41.50. When I inquired with customer service I was told that it would take 24 to 48 hours to upload to the system. Over three days later it finally appeared on the third party Customerstatus.com website but it doesn't provide any way to cancel the order. Now I am forced to call my credit card company to cancel the charge.. this is my Bell and Howell iScope Telescopic Light reviews
